Our High Street Store is located in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. In addition to the items we stock online - here we sell a full range of outdoor clothing, have our highly respected boot fitting centre and our fully equipped ski workshop.

How To Find Us
For those travelling by car, we are located in the centre of Ilkley, West Yorkshire on the main A65 road that runs through town (see location map). Parking is available on side streets around the back of the shop. If you are coming a considerable distance then taking the train is a good option too - as we are just 200m from Ilkley Station, which has direct regular connections to Leeds. If you'd like to make a weekend of it and enjoy some of Yorkshire's finest scenery too, then take a look at our suggested Accommodation List at the bottom of the page.

Boot Fitting Centre

Custom boot fitting is a year round service that we provide - and an important part of our annual custom. In the summer, we concentrate on walking and mountaineering boots and in the winter we are the leading shop in the UK for Ski Touring and Ski Mountaineering boots. Adventure Travel

This is another specialist area that we deal with year round. Whether it's a trekking trip to Nepal or a gap year before college, we stock a full range of adventure travel accessories - backed up by plenty of expert advice on everything from first aid kits to insect repellant, from people who've spent years travelling the remoter parts of the globe.

Summer - Hillwalking, Rock Climbing + Mountaineering
During the summer months we stock a great range of hillwalking, rock climbing and mountaineering equipment - including a full range of outdoor clothing, hillwalking and climbing rucsacs and mountaineering hardwear.

Winter - Off Piste and Ski Touring
In winter we specialise in off piste and back country ski touring equipment in all it's forms - including nordic ski touring kit, telemark skis and bindings and alpine ski mountaineering gear.

Ski Workshop
In the workshop we mount bindings, service and repair skis, wax and re glue skins and a multitude of other tasks that come our way. If you've a problem with your skis, just give us a ring as we can usually fix it. Some services such as mail order skin re glueing are also available online - see the shop for details.
