We are largely back to normal service (albeit wearing masks) but please book appointments for all boot fittings or anything that will require us spending some time with you. We are only allowing 2 groups of customers into the shop at one time and will prioritise people that are booked in.

All of our services require an appointment so please book ahead, all customers must wear face covering to comply with the current government guidelines and sanitise hands on arrival. Our staff will wear face coverings during any appointments.
We are taking appointments for fitting walking boots and shoes and for dropping off or collecting items for ski workshop jobs but we ask that all customers book ahead for anything that needs to be done in store.
We are also now taking ski boot fitting appointments, we are no longer fitting ski boots bought elsewhere as we have reduced capacity.
We will only be taking 1 appointment per member of staff at a time, we ask that as much as possible people come to the shop on their own.
Where possible we will conduct drop off and pick up services on the door step but for anything that requires you coming in store you will need an appointment.
What to expect when you attend your appointment.
We are trying our best to provide our usual level of service, we require all customers to wear masks and our staff will also wear masks during appointments.
All measurement devices and fitting tools are cleaned before each customer.
We will ask all customers to clean their hands with the sanitiser provided when they arrive and we will clean all measurement devices between appointments. The usual toilet and brew facilities will not be available for the time being.
We know that this is a strange and frustrating time for everyone in many ways but we thank all our customers for being understanding and helping us to reduce the risk of transmission to our families and other customers.
