At 0.9 Kgs per ski the Alp Track 84 LTD are at the cutting edge of lightweight touring skis. Keeping the Vertex's all mountain ski dimensions, the Alp Track 84 LTD ski very well, the predominantly cambered profile give this ski a classic feel with excellent edge hold but they are best suited to good skiers. The surprisingly smooth flex and 84mm underfoot width mean that they give unsurpassed edge hold and are still great fun in soft snow but of course, the Alp Tracks range are as much about the ascent as the descent.
Combined with a pin tech binding, the Alp Tracks are an absolute dream on those grueling climbs and you barely notice them on the pack when you are booting up steeper sections. The trad camber profile gives very secure edge hold for exposed icy traverses and steep descents from cols.
These are among the most expensive skis we sell but the handmade carbon lay up in the core make the Alp Track 84 a premium product.
