We know that you can't always get it right first time especially when buying footwear online so we have a relaxed return policy.

We need to be able to sell any items returned as new so please make sure that any items returned are unused and clean with all the original packaging intact.

We offer a 21 day returns period but don't worry if you run over this a little, we just ask that any items coming back are sent back sooner rather than later as we need to get them listed for sale again.

We do not pay any return postage costs so you will need to cover the cost of returns, the post office is usually the best service for sending small to medium parcels back but there are many parcel brokers that will work too.

The Royal Mail Click & Drop service is a fast and good value way to return most items if you have access to a printer at home. This service is not operated by us.

Once we have the item back we will check it and exchange the size or process the refund as fast as we can.

For UK orders we will refund the original outward postage at our basic postage cost, or if we are exchanging the size we normally send out the replacement at no extra cost (highlands & Islands may be an exception to this)

The compact avalanche transceiver is essential in avalanche-prone terrain, with intuitive operation 70m range, it guides supports your search for buried subjects even in complex rescues. To keep you safe on tour, the Barryvox S2 continuously checks its own operation with a self test function. Foradded safety on rescues, the avalanche transceiver is equipped with a rescue SEND function automatic switching from search to send. While searching for buried subjects, it guides you quickly with clear instructions via audible search guidance and cues on the easy-to-read animated display. With fine search, it offers reliable guidance down to the last meters. You can perform updates, configurations avalanche training on the Mammut app, so you're ready to make fast, smart decisions in emergencies.

  • Intelligent fine search guidance: patented technology that guides you through the fine search with fully interactive visual and acoustic guidance.
  • Probe indication: as soon as the minimum burial depth has been found, the probe display guides you visually and audibly from the fine search to pinpointing.
  • MIP display: the high-contrast and innovative Memory-in-Pixel display is clear and easy to read even in bright sunlight.
  • Rescue SEND: Protective function for non-searching rescuers. In the event of a secondary avalanche it automatically switches to SEND to allow the rescuer to be located
  • Auto-revert to SEND: safety function for rescuers searching with an avalanche transceiver in the event of a secondary avalanche burial. If a rescuer does not move for four minutes, the avalanche transceiver automatically switches from SEARCH to SEND thanks to a motion sensor.
  • Automatic self test: your Barryvox® checks your transmit and search function signal when it is switched on and carries out regular transmission and battery tests.
  • Interference Guard: your Barryvox® manages and reduces signal interference and indicates any interference in transmit and search mode.
