The Blackcrows Camox Freebird has been one of our best sellers for several seasons and is one of the most versatile skis we've ever sold, a superb all rounder.
This ski was overhauled to make it even more fun, it does just what you want, making easy work of tricky conditions whilst still being able to be pushed hard when you're flying!
The new Camox Freebird make a superb all rounder, light enough to take on long tours, heavy enough to deal with crud and crust, wide enough for float on soft days but not too wide for icy morning starts and precarious skin tracks.
A great choice for one ski to do it all for day tourers and anyone wanting a wider ski to take on longer tours, which is still capable of carving up the resorts.

It would have been hard to see how ATK could improve their Raider 12 bindings but the Raider 13 EVO has several new features which has lead to these being the bench mark ski touring and freeride bindings on the market.
For 2025The new Freeraider 13 EVO has the addition of an Aluminium Base plate on the heel piece for extra durability and strength, this replaces the plastic base plate on last years model.
The biggest unique feature of the EVO bindings is the adjustable clamping strength at the toe piece, this feaures a scale 5 - 13 to allow the toe piece tension to perfectly match the heel release tension to give better boot retention whilst on high or low release settings.
Along with this there is a more powerful brake with better deployment and grippy brake arms and the brake is now automatic so it locks up when skinning and is always ready to deploy when skiing.
The toe piece has had an ajustment to prevent any snow packing under the pin arms when left open in step in mode and the over the front release will work with all boot toe profiles that we have tried them with.
All this onto of the alraedy excellent features of the Raider 12 such as easy step in, freeride spacer options for enhanced ski control, the superb CAM release heel, rearward elasticity in the heel piece magnetic risers and the largely alloy construction making them very reliable and hard wearing.
We would recomend the Freeride spacer AL13 as standard on all skis over 90mm to give better connectivity between boot and ski when skiing and touring.
