Dynafit Hoji PU W
Dynafit Hoji PU W Ski Touring Boots
Another of the HOJI Family, the HOJI PU W boot holds its own on the descent, thanks to its Hoji Lock System that enables optimum power transfer on the ski. At the same time, the design allows efficient skinning with maximum cuff rotation of 55 degrees.
The significant difference between the Hoji PRO, PX and PU is in the closure system: The HOJI PU W comes with a modified Hoji Single Lock System. This means the strap is not connected to the rear lever, which must be secured separately to switch to downhill mode. An additional difference is in the materials: The HOJI PU W is slightly heavier than the HOJI PRO TOUR W but at the same time slightly more advanced thanks to the flex characteristics and properties of the polyurethane used.
Weight: 3.0 KG/Pair
Forward Lean: 11dgrs
Range of motion: 55dgrs
Last width: 103.5mm
The Hoji is certainly a departure from the TLT 5 and 6 in terms of fit as they are fairly wide fitting boots, but if you have a medium to wide foot these could be the hard charging touring boots for you!
Be aware that to get the weight down Dynafit have removed the toe lug from the Hoji so they are only compatible with Pin Tech Bindings and not the Salomon Shift or MNC Alpine bindings.
