Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We know that you can't always get it right first time especially when buying footwear online so we have a relaxed return policy.

We need to be able to sell any items returned as new so please make sure that any items returned are unused and clean with all the original packaging intact.

We offer a 21 day returns period but don't worry if you run over this a little, we just ask that any items coming back are sent back sooner rather than later as we need to get them listed for sale again.

We do not pay any return postage costs so you will need to cover the cost of returns, the post office is usually the best service for sending small to medium parcels back but there are many parcel brokers that will work too.

The Royal Mail Click & Drop service is a fast and good value way to return most items if you have access to a printer at home. This service is not operated by us.

Once we have the item back we will check it and exchange the size or process the refund as fast as we can.

If you think there is a manufacturing issue with a product bought from us then please email us with a description and photos of any issue and the proof of purchase. info@backcountryuk.com

For UK orders we will refund the original outward postage at our basic postage cost, or if we are exchanging the size we normally send out the replacement at no extra cost (highlands & Islands may be an exception to this)

We can't refund the outward shipping cost for international returns

Lange have produced their first 'proper' womens ski touring boot range, the XT3 Tour. The XT3 Tour Sport W are a very well priced womens ski touing boot with a superb fit straight out of the box.

The XT3 Tour Sport W give alpine boot ski feel and performance with touring boot walk mode and weight.

The fit is very comfortable out of the box and medium volume with good heel hold.

Featuring a fixed vibram rubber ISO 9523 touring sole andpin tech fittings, these boots will work with pin tech touring bindings, all MNC compatible bindings (eg Salomon/Atomic Shift) and frame touring bindings (but not alpine downhill bindings).

The 53 degree walk mode ensures good touring performance and like all Lange boots, a full 4 buckle overlap design creates a very progressive 95 flex, ideal for lighter skiers giving excellent downhill performance. If you are looking for a comfortable medium fit, high performance touring boot, then look no further!
