Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We know that you can't always get it right first time especially when buying footwear online so we have a relaxed return policy.

We need to be able to sell any items returned as new so please make sure that any items returned are unused and clean with all the original packaging intact.

We offer a 21 day returns period but don't worry if you run over this we just ask that any items coming back are sent back sooner rather than later as we need to get them listed for sale again.

We do not pay any return postage costs so you will need to cover the cost of returns, the post office is usually the best service for sending small to medium parcels back but there are many parcel brokers that will work too.

The Royal Mail Click & Drop service is a fast and good value way to return most items if you have access to a printer at home. This service is not operated by us.

Once we have the item back we will check it and exchange the size or process the refund as fast as we can.

For UK orders we will refund the original outward postage at our basic postage cost typically around £8 or if we are exchanging the size we normally send this out at no extra cost (highlands & Islands may be an exception to this)

We can't refund the outward shipping cost for international returns

The first NTN binding great for lift served Telemark skiing.

Now well established, Rottefella's NTN (New Telemark Norm) binding system is not only here to stay but it dominates the market in the UK. The NTN system allows the ease of use and security of an Alpine binding and un parralleled edge control without sacrificing the free heel. Featuring ski brakes, easy step in function and an adjustable release mechanism the NTN system is quicker, easier and safer than its predecessors. Combine this with excellent ski control, a touring/skinning function that has a climbing postion and the option to move one pair of bindings on to multiple skis (using the NTN mounting kit) and you can see why the NTN system is taking over.

All the NTN bindings require a specific NTN boot such as the Scarpa TX Pro, these boots no longer use a 75mm 'duck bill' at the boot toe making them much easier to walk in and to fit crampons to. All these factors combine to make the NTN system the way forward.

The NTN Freeride is still a popular model of binding and if you ski predominantly in and around the resorts, using the lift system with only a small ammount of touring this is the binding for you. Likewise if your into telemark racing this is a good choice, there are now 10mm riser plates available for the NTN Freeride binding.

The NTN Freeride Binding comes in two sizes:
Small - Boot size up to M26 Scarpa and Crispi and up to M25.5 from Scott.
Large - Boot size M27 and above Scarpa and Crispi and M26.5 and above from Scott.

The NTN Freeride uses Power tubes to control the release setting and the stiffness of the binding flex as a dual function. Each tube has 5 different settings and there are two different tube stiffnesses (green is soft, blue is medium).
