To help you buy from us with confidence we offer a relaxed returns policy.
We are happy to refund or exchange most items bought from us if returned within 21 days of receipt and if they are as new, unused and with all original packaging and labels.
What to do if you would like to return something.
If you have an item that you would like to return to us please carefully package the item with all the original packing and labels and please make sure your contact information is included with the item (you can leave a copy of the order receipt in with the item as this will have all the info we need).
If you can, please let us know the reason for the return too as this can help us to advise people in the future.

Once we have received the item back we will send an alternative size or process your refund electronically to either your card or Paypal account.
This applies to in store and on line purchases.
Unfortunately we can't cover the cost of your return postage to us.
Sadly we can't accept returns on the following items:
Skis and bindings which have been drilled and mounted as these are no longer as new.
Ski boots which have had any boot fitting modifications made to them.
Skins which have been trimmed.
Walking footwear which has been used outside or has marks on the upper or sole.

Faulty items and Warranties
If you think there is a problem with an item bought from us please get in touch to let us know what the problem is. We may need you to send us more information about any problem such as photos. We may need you to return your item to us or sometimes we can send out spare replacement parts. Some of the brands we deal with have international warranties so you may be able to go in to a dealer close to home or in your holiday destination so contact us first for the best way to solve your problem.
