To help you buy from us with confidence we offer a relaxed returns policy.
Extended Returns Period On Ski Boots during The Coronaviruse Shut Down.
Our Ski boot sale is now on, lots of bargains to be had and to help with getting the fit right during the Coronavirus shut down we are offering an extended returns period on unused ski boots until the end of November 2020, this allows you to come instore after the shut down and for us to perform size checks and fit the boots then, if they are right.
If there is any problem with the fit of the boots you have bought, then we will exchange them for a more suitable model and only charge the difference in price. For on going and unchanged boots we will exchange the size if required for no extra charge so you get the benefit of sale prices with no extra risk!
For help with choosing you size and model please call or email, ideally if you can get an accurate millimetre measurement of the length of both of you feet before you call it will help us get it right.
At Backcountry UK we are happy to refund or exchange most items bought from us if returned within 21 days of receipt and if they are as new, unused and with all original packaging and labels.
What to do if you would like to return something.
If you have an item that you would like to return to us please carefully package the item with all the original packing and labels and please make sure your contact information is included with the item (you can leave a copy of the order receipt in with the item as this will have all the info we need).
If you can, please let us know the reason for the return too as this can help us to advise people in the future.
Please send any returns to:
The Sorting House
Once we have received the item back we will send an alternative size or process your refund electronically to either your card or Paypal account.
This applies to in store and on line purchases.
Unfortunately we can't cover the cost of your return postage to us.
Sadly we can't accept returns on the following items:
Skis and bindings which have been drilled and mounted as these are no longer as new.
Ski boots which have had any boot fitting modifications made to them.
Skins which have been trimmed.
Walking footwear which has been used outside or has marks on the upper or sole.
Any questions about what you should expect to feel with you new foot wear or any other aspect of our returns policy then please get in touch.
